And the band IS playing on…

Somewhat like the Titanic, the United States is listing hard to port as she takes on debt at the rate of ten million bucks a second. But, there is good news! It seems that Captain Obama will be sending a token group down into the hold with some buckets with which to bail out his sinking ship. And, not to be outdone by the real Titanic, the party in Washington is cranking up louder than ever! Those wacky boys and girls in Congress, I gotta give it to ‘em. They’re taking a short break after patting each other so hard on their backs that I’m positive they've hurt their collective fingers! But, rest assured, they will soon be back in office cranking out new regulations (along with tons of fake money) so that all you idiots out there can know that the Nanny State is looking out for ya. (Whether you like it or not)!

Me? I am waiting with baited breath to see just what sort of legislation will get cranked out in 2013! I do know one thing for sure…there will not be anything that addresses the budget, spending will increase at a near blinding speed and golly, before you know it, Mr. Inflation will be knocking on the everyone's door…yelling for us all to get off the damn boat!
