America – let’s chuck the home budget!

Finally, after all these years, I’ve seen the light and it is the Federal Government! I’ve decided to model my personal finances after this most highly esteemed body of legislators because…IF IT’S OK FOR UNCLE SAM, THEN IT’S OK FOR ME!

Into the trash go my poor efforts at balancing a home budget! Check registers? Naw, don’t need ‘em anymore! And, the same goes for those bank and credit card statements! I shall, from this day forward, model myself after the highest power in the land! I shall spend without remorse or even care. I shall do so, so quickly that it will be hard for anyone to follow what I the heck I'm doing. I shall learn how to shuffle money from one pocket to the next in a manner that would make a film-flam man blush with envy.

Yep, that will be the new me….well, that is,  just as soon as I get Congress to pass one trifling law – I want the ability to print money when I need it and I want my bank to automatically cover any shortfalls at their expense! Yeah, baby! And, if this works out for me, I’d like to see these changes take effect for ALL AMERICANS everywhere! Just think of the positive and long lasting effect that would have on the economy as we all spend money in a narcissistic orgy of self gratification without end. You know, the way our government has been doing on their own for all these years!

My Thought: After getting a taste of Islam – actually extreme Islam – the rank and file Egyptian citizen would rather die than go down a path that was even more perverse than the one under Mubarak.And where is Obama on this issue - well I think he's on the Islamic side of things, don't ya know! Folks, this isn't rocket science - the Muslim Spring and the men behind it are evil, pure and simple.

A redacted president?

What do you call someone who speaks out of the sides of their mouth and who parleys a mix of the truth and lies as though it were a bowl of fruit salad? You'd call that someone President Obama. A man history will not look kindly upon...assuming there is a history after he's finished with us. Now, for some definitions.

Redacted - to select or adapt (as by obscuring or removing sensitive information) for publication or release; broadly : edit. 3. : to obscure or remove (text) from a document ... I give you Obama in a nutshell. A man with a vision for all of humanity, whether we want it or not.

Hopelessly retarded – Any group of otherwise sane individuals who would follow someone else to their collective destruction while, at the same time, singing that person's praises.

Political myopia – The uncanny ability to focus exclusively on one's own course in life while everything else falls apart around them. This disease is very prevalent among the nation's elitists and other members of the Democratic Party.

What's always made America and Americans great are the patriots who, when called, have stood up for this Republic in times of national crisis. Men and women who have laid down their lives on the alter of certain death so that the rest of us could sample freedom, even if for but a brief moment of time...

I’m not sure when it was that I first suspected there was something about the inner workings of my government that I didn’t like. Perhaps it was a realization born of time, of maturity and even of insight; a growing realization that the heart of man tends to lust for power in all its myriad of shapes and sizes. A power that both damns those around him as it does ultimately the man himself. Who was it that said that ‘Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely’?  Well, they had it pretty much dead on.

Wander any street today and you will likely run into just three kinds of people; those who watch things happen, those who make things happen and then the vast majority who stand there asking ‘what happened’? We are a group of citizens no longer known as the ‘silent majority’, no, we’ve become the ‘clueless majority’ and I fear we all will pay dearly as a result.

The truth be told, the average person, in America, has as much chance to change his world as an ant does to run and win a seat in Congress. For most of us that means a pointless existence while we bend to the will of others. We’re all just worker ants, going about our daily struggle until age, infirmity or much younger ants shoulder us roughly out of the way. And so there we stand, in the alleyways and the dead end spaces with blank faces and an empty future. And, even though we comprise the vast majority, we are as nothing in the great scheme of things. But, you know what? I'm proud to be one!

Obama suggests some Republicans are unwilling to coop on guns!

President Obama is suggesting that House Republicans on the issue of gun control appear neither willing to work with him nor listen to the American public on the issue.

“The House Republican majority is made up mostly of members who are in sharply gerrymandered districts that are very safely Republican and may not feel compelled to pay attention to broad-based public opinion, because what they're really concerned about is the opinions of their specific Republican constituencies,” the president said in an interview with The New Republic.

Obama also said he can get 50 percent of public support for many of his upcoming initiatives, but “I can't get enough votes out of the House of Representatives to actually get something passed. … I think there is still shock on the part of some in the party that I won re-election.”

My thought: Get used to it President Obama. Other than the leeches, who are sucking this country dry, most Americans are not comfortable with a liar such as yourself running this country into the ground. And oh yes, gun control – forget about it!

A Message to North Korea – Go for it!

For what seems like decades now, the country of North Korea has pursued two national policies; a nuke on every missile and crushing poverty for its rank and file citizens. The latter has been achieved with stellar success while the former is now just within reach for the languorous and overweight leader Kim Jong Un. And of the two, the US seems most appalled at the idea of this nation having a nuclear capability, even if that ability will be measured in an arsenal that would make even a country like Uzbekistan chuckle out loud. 'Oh yeah baby - missiles away - as in the sum total of only two...'

My personal take on this pseudo-country that is lead by a group of men with their heads firmly lodged in their arses, would be for them to have at it! Seriously, why should the US (or its diminishing number of allies) give a rats ass as to what North Korea does now or in the future. This poster child of dismal economic failure poses much more of a threat to its neighbors directly to the south and to the north.

China, especially, needs to pay attention to movement along its border, as resistance there would be token at best. On the other hand, South Korea would actually benefit from armed action as it might lead to re-unification of the entire peninsula. A development I would actually like to see come to pass.

Philadelphia school district scolds girl over paper gun!

Here's that 'gun'!

The School District of Philadelphia is defending its decision to scold and search an elementary school student who pulled out a paper gun in class.

A district spokesman said the school acted swiftly and appropriately when 5th grade student Melody Valentin allegedly told classmates she had a handgun on her, MyFoxPhilly.com reported.

My Thoughts: You’ve got to be jacking me! Are school board members in Philly really that cold stupid or is it perhaps that we are seeing a genetic expression of things to come as the dumb become the dumber in a society gone berserk!

While America sinks, Feinstein seeks to dodge real issues!

Ya gotta give it up for the Uber left. They sure have made the most out of the Newtown disaster and will get bonus points for yet another smoke job on facing the issues that most Americans want handled; things like unemployment, the economy and energy!

Take Senator Feinstein, a true ding-bat if there ever was one. Her bill S-150 on the banning of so-called ‘assault’ weapons, will be sure to tie up both the Senate and the news media for some time to come. Yet the truth be told, she doesn’t seem to have a clue about anything to do with guns.  And, all the while, not much of anything in the way of bills to help balance the budget or the curbing of Federal spending will be heard.

America, you’re getting it in the ass, by these folks and they’re laughing about it!

Debt ceiling, what debt ceiling?

It must be very difficult for Democrats and the President to desperately desire jacking up the debt ceiling, when all those pesky laws are in place to prevent it from happening without House approval. So, in a move, sure to impress some, Democrats have come up a bill that would eliminate the debt ceiling requirement entirely! Wow, leave it to this August body of far-sighted legislators to see so far outside the spending box!

Were this new bill to succeed, there would be absolutely nothing to stop the government from spending without limits or stops of any kind. A spending trajectory made even more sublime when you realize that there’s been no Federal budget to look at anyway. (Actually, there hasn't been one for the last five years). A move very much like me cutting the brake lines on my car right before taking a trip down a steep mountain road. I’m not completely sure that would end well in the end.

If this new way to run regulate spending works out, then I also plan to follow their example. I'll try running my life with no regard to credit spending (when one card gets maxed out, I can always apply for another one) and will pledge not even look at a personal budget. Hey, my life will be so sweet!

And I thought the Cold War with Russia was over!

I discovered an article that was posted a couple of months ago that was posted by a gentleman named Adam Estes. It read as follows:

‘Maybe they’re getting in line early for the premiere of the Red Dawn remake. Or perhaps they’re planning some sort of surprise victory parade for newly reelected President Barack Obama. It’s possible that they got lost on their way to Bermuda, where they were looking for a respite from the cold winters in Moscow. Whatever the reason, the Russians have been hanging out in nuclear submarines along the East Coast, just outside of United States waters, and it’s making the U.S. military a little bit nervous.

‘Earlier this week, news of a Russian nuclear attack sub trolling the waters about 275 miles off the coast of the Carolinas and Georgia leaked to the press, uncovering a story that would be more at home in the Cold War than 2012. The Sierra-2 submarine is one of Russia’s newer ships, and with a titanium hull and the capability of transporting nuclear warheads (10 of them), it’s a serious war machine. This latest sighting comes just a couple of months after reports of a Russian Akula-class submarine patrolling the Gulf of Mexico, though that encounter was not confirmed by the military like this latest one was. It’s unclear if a Sean Connery was at the helm of any of these subs.’

Of particular interest to me was the fact that this class of submarine carries on board the SS-N-21 Sampson SLCM (sub launched cruise missile) equipped with one 200 kiloton nuclear warhead. (Note that the bomb exploded over Hiroshima Japan was only on the order of 15 kilotons). I have been informed that, at any given time, there are many of these subs patrolling just outside US waters and that the reason for that would be to use the sub as a fast response nuclear deterrent. I then came across this interesting tidbit which went into some more detail…

‘Russia is believed to have 322 land-based ICBMs carrying 1,087 strategic nuclear warheads; at any given time, probably 900 of these are capable of being launched within a few minutes warning. Many of the Russian ICBMs are more than 30 years old. According to a former high-ranking Soviet officer, the commanding officers of the Russian Strategic Rocket Forces have the ability to launch their ICBMs directly from their headquarters, by-passing all lower levels of command. (I have to wonder what would happen if one of these guys went totally crazy)?

The Russians also have nuclear submarines with ballistic missiles kept at launch-ready status, although Russian subs are not always kept in position to launch (unlike the US Tridents). Missiles launched from Russian submarines on patrol off the US East Coast can, however, hit Washington, D.C., in about 10 minutes.’

So, while the United States is currently focused on ‘hollowing out’ our military, it would seem to me that Russia is heading in a diametrically opposite direction. Is that a good thing?

The quote is mine, but I’d bet a fortune it’s shared by millions of Americans as we prepare for the inauguration of President re-elect, Barrack Obama on January the 21st.

Like many, I’ve watched this country become ‘fundamentally changed’ over the past four years and now I’m fearing what the next four years will bring as Obama strengthens his grip on the throat of a once industrious Nation.

I don’t make statements like ‘great deceiver’, ‘congenital liar’ and ‘destroyer of a Republic’ lightly. I only do make them when I refer to President Obama; a man that has now touched the lives of millions and not in any good way.

I believe the Obama Administration, in conjunction with a disjointed, left leaning Senate, engineered a campaign in 2012 that was both deceptive and full of fear mongering, and which ultimately caused just enough afraid Americans to get him voted back into office.

I fully agree with Mitt Romney’s off hand remark concerning the 47%...

"There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what," Romney stated. "There are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe that government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you name it. Forty-seven percent of Americans pay no income tax!"

Romney went on, and that his role "is not to worry about those people. I'll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives." (That was an understatement)!

And, even though Mr. Romney later stated that this remark was ‘dead wrong’, I’ll put forward that is was absolutely spot-on! A heads up everyone, I feel we have do have three ‘classes’ of people living on American soil:

1)      Honest, religious, hard working and generous men and women who contribute to the support and well being of the Republic as makers. This category includes those who are disabled, on social security in retirement, legitimately need special services like Medicare and who might be unemployed but who want to work!

2)      Lazy, narcistic self-centered takers who feel that the world owes them everything and who take advantage of everyone and everything they can.

3)      Leeches comprised of criminals, scam artists, illegal aliens, terrorists and other assorted looney bins whose sole purpose here it is to live on the backs of others without ever desiring to contribute one cent to a common good.

Right now, it’s a battle between these groups as one replenishes while the other two bleed the Republic dry.

Make no mistake – The United States of America is in very deep trouble. I think most of the ‘makers’ feel that in their collective gut. Exacerbating the situation is a growing cadre of ‘takers and leeches’ who are being ruthlessly manipulated by an evil group of men intent on destroying and then rebuilding this Republic in their image, along the lines that will benefit them and not the people. A process that I feel is now well underway and which strangely mimics the conditions in and around the Weimar Republic in Germany prior to the rise of the Nazi Socialist Movement. If I’m right in these musings, the next Phase will be a National Crisis (natural or engineered) that will ‘force’ the President to take draconian steps. An event that could well be the last chapter written in the story of such a wonderful and free country.

A confrontational and dictatorial hack; I give you President Obama!

I think sometimes that Obama thanks God after he discovered that you can essentially bypass those pesky old farts in Congress with a device called the Executive Order. And, even though this man has taken and stretched its questionable constitutional use to the breaking point and beyond, it will still be useful until he is ready to take the next step! But, will he??

Here’s the deal. I believe that there is no House of Representatives as far as this man is concerned. Nor is there really a Senate, (assuming you don’t count the dingbatish and Far Left Democratic hangers on who sit there). I can see a time when El Presidente Obama may soon not have any need to tolerate their existence and just perhaps that’s why he’s acting with such aloofness and disdain when asked about the debt ceiling these days. He now wants, no demands, 4 trillion more so he can continue on his mad rampage of insane spending with no cuts in sight. And then, at some point down the road when the ultimate crisis and downfall of our country occurs, our boy will be right there ready to pick up the pieces... Good ol' Obama!

I'll admit that this viewpoint is extreme and perhaps outside the limits of good taste. But, that said, I've never had a President that has garnered so much of my attention! And that's not a good thing. I feel this man to be a great divider at a time in our society when we need someone to brings us together; for in the final analysis we are all on the same team! Aren't we?

Just how dense is President Obama?

Pretty darn dense would be my answer and here’s why.

Back in the summer of 2011, when a another debt crisis just like the one this year was the talk of Washington, our President warned that the social security checks would not go out! Then, as a period of haggling with the Republicans, the raising of the ceiling was agreed to after Obama accepted an honest deficit-reduction plan. That was a couple of years ago and not surprisingly, right after that shining moment, the government launched itself on a spending spree that eclipsed anything it had done in the past. So much for honor among politicians!

Now cycle forward to 2013 and the nation faces yet another crisis concerning the raising of that darn old ceiling. Once again our President, great leader that he is, is using fear to challenge those mean old Republicans. (A body of legislators who increasingly are sounding like a peevish old woman who is trying to stop here devil may care and unemployed husband from maxing out all the credit cards). ‘Something will come up’, he smoothly intones to his wife as he slides out the door…

Only, now, something has changed in the basic mix. Obama, a man who’s not been known as a very smooth negotiator, has drawn a line in the sand. ‘No more talk about reducing spending’, he insists, ‘as a matter of fact I plan on increasing our spending to the max (he actually refers to this using a Democratic code word – investments)!’ In other words, Obama, forced to negotiate an increase in 2011, has pledged not to negotiate again. Uh, did he just paint himself into a corner?

So, where will that put the nation? Almost half the US population are on some form of entitlements and they are understandably scared to death when someone talks about their checks getting cut off. And, now this little internal drama is set to go off, on schedule. We all get to watch Washington, at her best, as both sides battle each other to win the day. The only problem is, no matter what the outcome is, Americans have already been handed a pile of horse manure. The problem is, they don’t know it yet…

California to ban gun ownership all together? No – Yes?

According to my sources, the California legislature (which has had a hard on for gun control vis a vie the Far Left for all these years) is about to become the poster child for anti-gun organizations everywhere. While a total ban is probably not in the works (yet), some Liberals feel this way…

"Almost any idea that anybody in this country has, as to further regulate and limit access to weapons or ammunition, is probably going to get passed in California," (This statement was made by Democratic strategist and USC law professor Susan Estrich)!

Gosh and Gee willikers! So, here’s the deal. I want to alert and give a heads up to crooks and criminals everywhere! California is the place you might want to consider relocating to, to ply your trade! Just remember, if the Liberal Democrats have their way – pretty soon only YOU and the police will be armed (and truth be told, the funds to pay those folks is a dwindling)! What a stellar opportunity for anyone who likes to wear a mask and steal money from the rich to give to the poor themselves!

But, be forewarned! Rich people and big corporations are moving out of this state in droves! Pretty soon the pickings could get very slim as you’ll be forced to deal with only illegal aliens, hairballs and genetic throwbacks as a way to earn your daily bread.

This video (from over four years ago) could perhaps still find some Americans who agree with its message! Personally, I feel strongly that every citizen, no matter their party affiliation, religious leanings or race, can find at least some valid points in this classic speech by Dr. James Manning (aka the 'Louisiana Gun')!

An aside: Is this man perhaps a little bit extreme in his National views? Yes, I'm pretty sure he is. Does he, however, sometimes strike a chord or a nerve in the collective American consciousness? Yeah, I think he just might. And, is he right, overall as concerns his views on President Obama? I dunno. You be the judge...I'm just the messenger!

At some point, He will return, and what will He find?

Is anyone out there; atheist or Christian or Muslim or Jew, really proud of what we have wrought? Is the darkness of the soul Man soon to be judged? Yes, I think it will!

Is it time for America to roll out the CD card?

In this case the CD card is Civil disobedience, which has been defined as; 'the active, professed refusal to obey certain laws, demands, and commands of a government, or of an occupying international power'. [source: Wikipedia]

Perhaps it’s his dysfunctional Congress that's to blame or maybe its his thinking that he ‘knows what best’ for the country at large. I don’t know. But, for whatever the reason, President Obama continues to resort to means outside of Congressional debate to attempt to create new laws stemming from his whims and preconceived notions.

At issue is his excessive use of the Executive Order as a means not of helping ‘officers and managers of the Executive branch manage operations’, as had historically been the case, but to inflict broad and sweeping laws all across the land without first achieving Congressional approval! Now, it's true that Presidents have been doing this sort of thing for a long time although there is no constitutional provision or statute that explicitly permits executive orders! [Note: there is a vague grant of "executive power" given in Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 of the Constitution, and furthered by the declaration "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed" made in Article II, Section 3, Clause 5.] You be the judge...

When EO’s were issued in the past, most of the time they were well received by the public at large, if not, they were adjudicated in the courts. However, that’s maybe not the case these days as I think the public has grown more concerned watching this particular President perform his magic. A president that, I feel strongly, is determined to stretch the Executive order practice to its limits! (One sometimes almost gets the impression that he feels that Congress has become an impediment to his world vision and perhaps could be done away with entirely). The jury's still out on that one...

This particular time, he is going after guns and gun ownership. Just how far he tries to go with any EO’s are still up to conjecture, but one thing is for certain. The President is now garnering the attention of an increasingly concerned public which extends all across the political spectrum. A citizenry that is steadily becoming fed up with a body of legislators that show less and less in the way of comprehensive skills, while at the same time becoming very skilled at exercising reactionary knee-jerk legislation to what are intricate and complex social issues.

Notes on the coming fall!

America – her last days....how soon?

When it will happen, no one knows. That it will happen now seems more certain. What I wonder about the most, however, is not so much about the causes of the coming National catastrophe, but rather what life will be life in a post apoplectic America. What will food and basic services cost? Will there even be basic services? Or, will America be plunged in another dark age whereby men and women will be forced to live brutal and short lives?

Today, in early 2013, the US is still the place many people want to live and grow up! It's still a destination for millions who would like to become citizens. A place where one can enjoy the fruits of hard and honest labor while basking in a very techno-rich and varied society. In America, even in spite of recent changes, you can still find reasonable healthcare services and even if you find yourself dead broke, you are pretty much guaranteed not to starve. The question that arises, is how long will it all last?

Plainly speaking, our country is floating in a sea of debt almost without bottom! Most of us would find it very hard to wrap their minds around a number as large as 16 trillion, but the real story is that amount does not cover our real debt, an amount now estimated to exceed 122 trillion! And while, the country produces as much as 8 trillion a year in terms of GDP, that sum is quickly swallowed by a bloated government that is actually adding a trillion or more on the books over and above what it takes in in taxes. Very soon, perhaps in just a few years, the Fed will be forced to begin hollowing out the Middle class taxpayer as it strives to feed the endless Congressional appetite . Even as recently as last week, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid issued this statement in a letter to the President as concerns raising the debt ceiling:

"We believe you must be willing to take any lawful steps to ensure that America does not break its promises and trigger a global economic crisis -- without congressional approval, if necessary," the letter said.

This statement hints at the lengths that the Democrats will go to, up to and including violating the Constitution, just in order to keep the spending orgy in Washington afloat a little longer. Such conduct boarders on treason, as far as I'm concerned, although such actions are becoming par for the Far Left vis a vie Harry Reid's warped thinking process.

My advice to all who are reasonable and thinking adults is this: Arm up and stock up cause the shit is about to hit the fan!

Wow! That was a lot of stuff right off the top of my head! I'm sure that if I really put some effort to this type of thinking, I could come up with a lot more! The point is, that in striving to be a 'correct' government, perhaps the end results were not what they expected! Yet, here's what I see them doing:

Greatly restrict the pursuit of Life and Liberty through regulations

Crushing the American Spirit to create and to produce

Built a healthcare system that cannot ever work
Slowly impoverish millions through welfare and entitlement handouts
Progressively take away a populations ability to defend themselves

And here's the real killer (pun intended)...............

Make everyone believe this is all being done for the 'greater good'!

 
Yeah, I guess there just might be something to all the conspiracy stuff after all! The problem is, with close to half the population already hooked on the government to provide day to day sustenance, how would you ever get anyone elected into office who you knew was going to start reducing or taking all that away? Much better to wait until it all falls down, when in the ensuing societal crisis, a whole new country is created based on the vision of a tiny group of despots! Yeah, that sounds about right to me!

Personally, I think that's just about how everything will eventually go down. (I wouldn't be surprised to find some Islamic and Russian cockroaches somewhere in the mix also).

If I had things my way, I'd call a national convention of the States with the sole purpose of gutting the articles of the Constitution as they pertain to the restrictions imposed on States Rights! I would get a two thirds majority and then I would stand back to watch the chaos ensue. And chaos there would be! However, I think and feel that this form of chaos would be a good thing for the ultimate survival of most of the states and maybe surprisingly, the government. Each individual state, now let loose to compete internationally; each wielding their own sovereign State Constitution and Manifest Destiny, would be an awesome and evolving spectacle to watch. Would there be problems? You bet you ass there would be. But, in the end, the 'cart' that is America might find itself headed back in the direction it used to be going; that is as a vital, strong, creative and FREE Union of States doing what they do best!

My thoughts: Do I really trust Biden and Obama where it concerns my rights? About as much as I would a rattlesnake! Is Obama and company really willing to foment a general insurrection?

Personally, I’d say yeah, go for it baby! I’ve had just about enough of this complete and utter bullshit! (That's just my opinion, so that the government doesn't take any offense... you know like what happened in Germany with the SS and all...)

My Thoughts: Oh boy, here we go – Everyone get ready for the old squeeze play as America ratchets down research for oil and gas resources, while at the same time, throwing billions of taxpayers dollars towards other countries, many of whom don’t like us very much. And, this will be occurring while China and India are firing up new coal fired generation plants just as fast as they can go. Now, everyone, go back to sleep...

AIG has balls, I gotta give that to them!

American International Group Inc or AIG was the target of a government taxpayer bailout to the tune of 180 billion dollars of which about 134 billion has been paid out. This hard earned money from moms and dads all over the country to rectify a company that is arguably the poster child for ‘Wall Street greed, fiscal mismanagement and executive bonuses’.

Now, those very same executives are considering whether or not they would like to join in a lawsuit against said United States of America. If AIG decides to join the complaint, which seeks $25 billion in damages, it would pit the company against the very same government that rescued it in 2008 from collapsing under the weight of huge losses on mortgage-backed securities and other toxic assets.

Now, how so very cool is that. Talk about having big cojones! Only in America can a group of individuals mismanage and gamble their corporation into such a huge mess, that Congress was forced to bail them out with taxpayer money, so that they can turn right around and sue for even more! Wow! Not that's what I call a Progressive spirit!

[On a more positive note the GAO thinks Americans can recoup that money as soon as the rest of the country gets back on track. Uh, yeah..sure. Like when pigs fly!]

Are the wheels coming off? Or, have they already?

A year ago, had anyone asked me if America was going to fall, I would have thought about it and said no. ‘America is just too big to fail’. But, on reflection and in light of current events, is it really to big or will it just fall all the harder?

Is it just possible that my country has been subverted by forces that want to do this Nation harm? (Are there ‘foreign termites’ in the gut of this my Republic that are eating away at us from the inside)?

The answer is yes, hard as it for me to say, as here are some things I feel have happened already or are in process:

1)   Almost half the population is currently on some form of entitlements. These citizens are becoming, or are now wholly dependent, on the government for survival from day to day.

2)      The Far Left forces that would disarm our citizens, are now using any crisis as an excuse. They believe, and rightly, that if they tell a lie often enough, people will eventually believe them. (Scare them badly enough and the process works even faster)!

3)      Instill in the populace that the media they listen to has not been subverted and tells the truth. (Just as in Nazi Germany, if you crank up the propaganda machine high enough, people will believe even total bullshit).

4)      Begin a complex program (Obama Care) to remove the safety net of real healthcare, especially as it pertains to the old and the sick. Make the rules so complex; no one can understand what's going on. In other words, begin culling the herd.

5)      Tax successful corporations to the point that they will eventually leave for other shores. Strangle those that remain into submission with a mountain of regulations.

6)      Instill in the people a sense of hopelessness as they watch their Congress fall into absolute chaos. And stand by, as the President, watching but doing nothing. 'Do we really need congress?' He will ask while slowly shaking his head...

7)      Kite the idea of removing ‘term limits’ for the current president. Let's make him ‘leader for life’. Sell it via the media! Shout that we are in crisis and that extraordinary measures must be taken. (This has been done in other countries throughout history and with great success)!

8)      Create 'master gun registries' of who has weapons, how many and where they live. Then grab them all at once without due process. Afterwards, if the people want to revolt, let them throw stones!

9)      Install more and more entitlement programs to tighten the nose on any individual’s who might pursue capitalism. Kill the spirit right at the bud!

10)  Finally, move America so far to the Left that socialism will soon seem to be a better bargain. It doesn't take much to end up with unintended consequences....

Am I wrong? Well, perhaps…………….but, please take a hard look around and decide for yourselves. Your collective asses are on the line, just the same as mine.

Why gun control will never work! A failure in basic comphrehension.

Mr. President and Members of Congress,

There are four classes of people who live in this world:

1)      Law abiding, religious and honest citizens………….………….   98.00%

2)      Criminal minded low-life's out for a buck…………….…………     1.9%

3)      The mentally ill, most of whom who are harmless…..……….…    0.09%

4)      And a tiny fraction of very ill & unstable killers..…..............….    0.01%

And yet, sirs, an astonishing preponderance of the restrictive laws on the books today, squelch the life and liberty of the 98% just out of fear of that remaining 2%. Is that even sane? Even by your standards, Mr. President?

Outlawing guns or knives or explosives will not fix the problem. What will address the problem will be to tighten up the existing laws, encourage the police to actually enforce laws already on the books, cadge the criminals and take care of our mentally unstable population. I don’t think I can make this any clearer!

What distresses me the most is your individual and collective and continued intransigence and unwillingness to address any of these issues in a positive manner!

Member of Congress, your approval rating is so low because as a body you have been unable to show leadership skills in any of the great tasks put before you. Mr. President, I feel your higher approval rating is based largely on your ability to mix the truth with lies. You'll say whatever it takes to appease a public that still desperately wants to believe.

I do not see how, anything that is going on right now in Washington, will ever lead to repairing the torn fabric of this Republic. Mr. President. Members of Congress, you have failed to keep my trust and even worst than that, I believe you are failing the public to which you serve!

All weapons must go!

I have to give credit were credit's due. Kudos to Rahm Emanuel, the President's new point man for the effort in Chicago to ban ownership of all rifles and handguns for the average citizen. After all, what good is a gun except to kill something with? And, as Mr. Emanuel knows very well, a disarmed population is also a controllable population. Right Rahm?

But, once the gun laws have been changed and once it becomes a punishable offense to be even caught with one in your possession, I'd like to turn attention to the next elephant in the room. Knives! Yes, knives are are used to kill and when you think about it, what good is any knife over four inches in length other than as an instrument of severe cutting and dismembering? They must go! And, I'm calling on President Obama to immediately convene a panel to comes to grips with this 'pointed' issue. Also, Mr. President, I think I'm just the man who can help!

What will be needed is a campaign to help 're-educate' and 'direct' peoples thinking along more state approved and therefore safer channels. Consider, if you would this formidable looking 'assault knife'!

BAD knife!

I say there is NO ROOM in our Progressive society for such a heinous weapon of mayhem and destruction! Mr. President I implore you! Legislation should be begun immediately to make any knife longer than four inches ILLEGAL (except in the hands of authorized government officials of course)!

Moreover, I'm thinking that perhaps Harry Reid could head up this effort up and ram it through like he did Obamacare! Perhaps even the mainstream media, like MSNBC, could also get behind this campaign and help Congress to instruct the people that not only are guns evil, but that so are most knives. In fact, there should be a National Day set aside whereby everyone can trade in their knives for a safer, government approved model (such as this plastic one shown here)!
