After the Virginia the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, in Richmond, Va. ruled that it is not the exact wording of a law that should be followed, but rather its meaning... Well, the door is now wide open for millions of Americans to implement their own definition of what any law means! If this ruling stands then there will possibly be legal precedence for citizens caught afoul of a law to claim that they thought it 'meant' something else! For example, suppose a person is caught running a red light and receives a ticket. In court, he or she might plead that they read the law that states 'a vehicle will come to a complete stop when entering an intersection where a traffic control light is red, as you should come to a stop, unless other circumstances dictate otherwise! Wow! And, yes, this can be applied to any law! After all, it's NOT the exact wording, but the meaning that is open to interpretation....

A simple persons guide to fixing the Ukraine crisis!

I put together a quick and simple solution to the Ukraine situation for Obama to review since he seems to be at loose ends:

1. Announce to the world that the US is officially very pissed off!
2. Begin meaningful sanctions to begin the process of gutting Russia's economy.
3. Announce publicly that we intend to gut Russia's economy.
4. Make it a priority for America to drill baby drill like there's no tomorrow!
5. Sell our surplus oil and gas to Europe! Let's get Russia's boot off their throats!
6. Prioritize the selling of weapons of war directly to the Ukraine government.
7. Install anti missile installations in neighboring friendly countries along with some boots on the ground.
8. Assemble and deploy elite troops to get to the crash site and secure it. Give Putin maybe ten minutes notice.
9. Make it plain, to all who will listen, that even though the President is a major pussy, the vast American majority most definitely is not!
10. Sit back and watch Putin scramble for the hills....really, really fast!
    
    
    Seriously, this isn't rocket science. Putin is a small town bully who responds to one thing and one thing only - powers that are bigger than he is. Either lead this great nation or get the hell out of the way!
     
    The sad truth, in my opinion, is that US leadership simply doesn't care what happens to our allies and that stance has been reflected  much too often...
    

Is Obama an international pussy? Some think so...

While I actually like Obama - yeah, he's pretty much all the above!

I would hazard a guess, that each day at about sunset, Putin must take a moment to stare in a mirror and reflect on his good fortune to have a President like Obama leading the Free World from the distant rear. He must be wondering, as does Iran, just how far he can go before the rest of the world finally takes action! What is for sure is that until the United States can flush the like of Obama and the Democrats from their political system, the world will continue to spiral ever closer to another World War. Remember, you heard it here!

After listening to the President address the nation on this date, all I heard was a large thin pussy telling Putin to please carry on...see! Our everyone nice soft underbelly is now exposed!

Russian cowards, and the shame that will last forever!

The BUK missile system, that brought down a commercial airliner, being spirited out of the Ukraine and on its way to Russia. As you can see, it's missing two missiles....

Putin denies any responsibility. What a shocker! (Reminds me of another well known leader). In point of fact, Putin is a congenital liar, a soulless killer and now a certified terrorist of the first order! Like any playground bully, he knows only one fact of life –  the use of power! Sadly, America has a leader who only knows how to lie down with his soft little tummy in the air!

The point is, it would take forensic scientists no time at all to make a determination as to the cause of the destruction of Flight MH17, (were they to ever get access to the site). That will just not happen if the forces of evil can help it! Putin will do whatever it takes to remove any and all evidence of this cowardly act by the leader of the Russian people.

For myself, I would call on the world to place a billion dollar reward on any person or persons that could capture Putin dead or alive...make that dead only!

Malaysian 777 shot down over the Ukraine!

Shortly before 10AM CST, reports began to filter in that a Malaysian triple 7 airline had crashed in the Ukraine. There were 280 souls with 15 flight crews on board. Early speculation places a Russian built BUC antiaircraft missile system in the vicinity of where the plane went down. This sophisticated military grade equipment is capable of targeting planes up to 72,000 feet. The Malaysian flight MH17 was reportedly at 33K an was en-route to Kuala Lumpur from Amsterdam when it went down.. Interestingly, two other planes have been shot down in the same area in recent weeks. Speculation has placed an early focus on the Russian separatists who others have reported as being in possession of the BUC missile system.

Reports now indicate that the missile crew was trying to hit another plane when they fired. Bodies are reported to be strewn all over the countryside!

There was also a late report that Russia separatists will not allow Ukrainian rescue personnel into the crash site and will more than likely ship the black boxes back to Russia while concealing other evidence as to who was responsible. Meanwhile, our President...actually..who cares what he does...

Any group of people whose philosophy includes the genocide of another race deserves the use of extreme force by civilized countries to seek to eradicate them from the face of this earth!

As this post was made, Israel is surrounded on all sides by extremest countries that would like to see them dead. America, her one great ally, stands idly by with a President with his thumb up his ass! Sad times all the way around....

New Jersey gun laws suck! Ya Think?

Shaneen Allen, 27, was pulled over in New Jersey’s Atlantic County after making an unsafe lane change in the early morning hours of Oct. 1. Allen then told the officer that she had the .380 Bersa Thunder handgun, as well as a concealed carry permit for Pennsylvania, unaware that her permit was not transferable to The Garden State.

Allen, who has no criminal record, was later charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of hollow-point bullets. If convicted, the illegal possession of the handgun is a second-degree felony punishable by a mandatory minimum sentence of three years in prison.

Her attorney was quoted as stating, “New Jersey’s draconian and crazy gun laws gives the judge no discretion here — none! You will get three years with no chance of parole if you’re convicted of this gun charge. So in the effort of promoting gun control in New Jersey, they’ve created a situation where very sympathetic people get harmed and turned into the victim by gun laws.”

My take: Shaneen now faces a felony conviction, a loss of future employment possibilities and, in general, a ruined life over laws enacted by the State of New Jersey that were ill conceived from the start. I would urge all Americans to boycott this state and not visit it in the future!

My five guiding principles!

1.  Have complete faith in God and follow His Ten Commandments religiously!

   You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.

2. Have absolutely no faith in any form of government. Their agendas are rarely yours and they tend to become corrupt over time!
   
   
3. All media outlets are ideologues by design. Avoid them like the plague and learn to think for yourself! TV is strictly for entertainment purposes only!
   
   
4. Be prepared to fight for your freedoms – they aren't free, or easy and can be lost in a heartbeat!
   
   
5. Hope for the best and plan for the worst! Have a plan if everthing falls down around you!

Is it time for a State Constitutional Convention?

In the midst of increasing Congressional chaos, it is my hope that the individual states will soon step up to the plate and call, overwhelmingly, for a State Constitutional Convention! It is perhaps time our state legislators had a serious talk as to what can be done to dial down a wildly out-of-control government. A government that has, in effect, declared war on the United States Constitution by continually sidestepping, obscuring and changing laws without full due process or even the tacit ascent by the majority. (It is now clear that a plurality of Americans no longer have faith in either house of Congress, nor in the Administrative branch to perform their sworn duties in a manner consistent with the expectations of those who elected them to office). The bridge of trust between We the People and the Government of the United States has perhaps been broken forever. It is time to recognize the pressing need for the States to take it upon themselves via a Convention to preserve the Union in a manner that is consistent with those of our Founding Fathers.

I would say to all Americans, that if We the People fail to take action at this juncture, and do not doggedly pursue legal and sane actions to change our national course... then, I fear that a bloody Civil Revolution may waiting in the wings of a play gone very bad...

Is Mexico becoming America's Iran?

While I would never imply that the the religions of Mexican citizens is anything like or close to that of Iran, I do see that country as very problematical when it comes to future conflicts.

As I post this, tens of thousands of illegals from South American countries are streaming into America via Mexico. This effort is being actively aided and abetted by a Mexican government that, arguably, is one of the most corrupt in the world!

Exacerbating the problems there is a sitting American President who refuses to do anything to seal the border. In point of fact, the humanitarian crisis that is occurring in states like Texas are a direct result of his policies! Young children are being treated like cattle in retention centers while the flow continues day in and day out. And, his answer to the problem? Let the flow continue as this country ponies up billions of dollars to take care of illegal aliens. A policy that some consider to border on treason. At the very least, his actions are in direct violation of the rule of law!

At this point in time, events are playing out that will not end well for anyone. Not the kids, not Congress and most definitely not the American people. If anything, I can see where this incredible stupidity will result in an all out war with Mexico at some point down the road.

A plumber is called to a house where a broken pipe is flooding the homeowners basement. The plumber, a man named Barry Obama, is a self proclaimed professional and takes his time responding to the emergency call. When he finally arrives, both he and the homeowner walked down to the basement which now has over two feet of water covering the floor....

'I'd advise that we get this water that's already on the floor taken care of first and then we'll go after that darn old broken pipe!' stated the plumber in a sure and steady voice. 'I'll just go out to my van and get us a pump.'

The homeowner, perplexed, looked around and quietly said, 'Wouldn't it be better to fix that gushing pipe first and then mop up the excess water?'

Barry merely smirked, and headed back up the stairs. Meanwhile the water continued to flow....

CLOSE THE BORDER, BONEHEAD!

I'm pretty sure just about everyone in the world knows the answer to this question. The box of anvils has it by a landslide!
