On Thursday (Oct 5, 2017), President
Trump met with senior military leaders amid increasing tensions
around the globe and speculation of changes in foreign policy. During
that meeting he made a public statement to the press that it was 'the
calm before the storm'. Everyone has since been wondering exactly
what he was talking about...
In my view, two key issues are rapidly
coming to a head; one being North Korea's assertion that it is very
near the point where it can deliver a nuke directly to American soil,
and other one being rumors that he is about to scrap the Iran nuclear
deal signed by the Obama administration in 2015. Either action could
very rapidly escalate already high tensions between all three
countries. And, should anyone blink, things could go downhill rapidly...
