Deep Space Nuclear Tipped Targeting Drone platform or what?

What is going on here? We now have robotic space planes spending close to 2 years at a time, in space doing who knows what. Perhaps the government is building a nuclear tipped targeting drone or NTTD. Or, maybe it's some super secret observational platform, in which case, I'd want to know who it's observing. The trouble is, I along with millions of other Americans, have begun to both fear and distrust the Federal government. All I see are lies, distortions and secrecy at a time when the
President had promised transparency. How many intrigues are there going on around the President even as I write this post? Personally, I've lost count.
