What's wrong with this picture?

Seriously, I'm asking President Obama to please do something about China and her run away and out of control firing up of new coal fueled electric plants, now occurring at the rate of a few a week! No amount of soon to be enforced FDA Cap and Trade regulations are going to have much of a global effect against such goings on in China, (with other countries like India charging up just behind them). America will suffer will those other countries prosper!

Perhaps Obama could draw another one of his red lines and maybe shake his finger a time or two at them..... In the meantime, Americans need to brace for fantastically high electric cost increases starting this winter as FDA restrictions on coal emissions are causing domestic coal fueled electric plants to shut down!

"We are now in an era of rising electricity prices," said Philip Moeller, a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, who said the steady reduction in generating capacity across the nation means that prices are headed up. "If you take enough supply out of the system, the price is going to increase."
